To redeem your voucher, please contact our central reservation team on 0344 879 9210. Your voucher is valid for 12 months. Your gift voucher can be used for afternoon tea for two in the venue specified. Change cannot be given. Maximum of 2,000 gift vouchers in any one transaction. Vouchers cannot be used during your stay on a Macdonald Resort. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferrable. Photocopies will not be accepted. Monetary gift vouchers cannot be split to settle accounts in more than one Macdonald Hotel or Resort, nor can accounts be transferred. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
