Monetary Gift Voucher

Valid for 12 months. To redeem your voucher, please contact our central reservation team on 0344 879 9000. Telephone bookings only. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code which MUST be quoted at time of booking. Not available for use at Elmers Court. Voucher can be used for spa, accommodation, dining or golf bookings (excluding golf overnight packages). Valid for new bookings only. Your gift voucher can be used, either in full or in part payment, any balance cannot be transferred to a future visit, cannot be used to purchase an alternative voucher and no change will be given. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferrable. Photocopies will not be accepted. All reservations are subject to the cancellation and change policy associated with the rate or service booked. Should you need to amend or cancel within 48 hours of your arrival, your voucher will be redeemed and cannot be used at a later date. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
